Florence Shadows
from $96.95
I spent my first day in Florence walking everywhere with a friend from Kuwait. He was only there for the day so we spent 10 straight hours walking with no breaks, trying to at least see as much as we could. On the following day, I took a bit slower and brought my tripod so that I could hit up all the spaces I rushed through the day prior, timing it to catch the light I wanted. This one of the Duomo captures the immense scale of the architecture as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore dwarfs the adjacent buildings while the dropping sun focuses on the eye directly on the dome of the church.
